Delete your Blunderzone account

The fastest way to delete your account is inside the app: open Settings, then choose Delete account.

This deletes your Blunderzone account, email/password credential, linked Google or Apple identities, active sessions, linked devices, linked chess accounts, training progress, settings, streak data, and OTB games associated with your account.

Deleting the account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription separately in your store account settings.

If you cannot access the app

Send an account deletion request to ranka.sro@gmail.com. Include the lichess.org or chess.com username linked to the account and the verified email address when available. Do not send your password, provider token, or passcode by email.

We will use the request only to verify ownership and process deletion.

Retention after deletion

Some records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or security. Imported public chess games may remain in service caches if they are not uniquely tied to your account.
