Delete your Blunderzone account

The fastest way to delete your account is inside the app: open Settings, then choose Delete account.

This deletes your Blunderzone account, passcode, linked devices, linked chess accounts, training progress, settings, streak data, and OTB games associated with your account.

If you cannot access the app

Send an account deletion request to ranka.sro@gmail.com. Include the lichess.org or chess.com username linked to the account and any detail that helps verify that the request is legitimate. Do not send your passcode by email unless we explicitly ask for a verification step.

We will use the request only to verify ownership and process deletion.

Retention after deletion

Some records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or security. Imported public chess games may remain in service caches if they are not uniquely tied to your account.
